I’m Not Ready To Go Back….

The United States has prematurely re-opened, and I am not here for it. LA Fitness has peppered its members with emails detailing their new safety precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19, but I don’t believe it. Until there is a drastic decrease in COVID cases in the state of Georgia (which will probably and honestly won’t be for another 6-12 months) I am not going back to the gym anytime soon. My husband and I have set up a nice little workout dungeon in our unfinished basement, and it is working for us. We alternate between different workout programs, and there is even enough room for our son to join in on the workouts as well. Since everyone is developing and promoting their workout programs, Massy Arias has also provided some quick home workouts to get that quarantine weight under control. The videos below focus on your upper body and core, there is a quick seven-minute fat-burning circuit, and a bonus plank challenge. I don’t know about you, but her abs have always been on my vision board.
