Keeping It Cute At The Gym

I know we are supposed to sweat at the gym, but who says you can’t be cute while you work out? Since I go to the gym after work, I have a small window to work out before I pick up my boys. Sometimes I am rushing and forget to remove my makeup before I work out, and because of this, I always give my skin some extra TLC once I get home.

Always wash your face.

When you grin and bear it through a workout, your face becomes living proof of your effort. In other words, your face turns mighty red.
